Essentially Men

Essentially Men is an experiential training programme highly relevant to New Zealand men. Since it began in 1991, more than two thousand men, from all walks of life, have attended and found it a powerful catalyst for change. Getting to know themselves as men has also led to improved relationships with partners and families. The weekend programme is led by an experienced Leadership Team, highly skilled in working with men, and provides a safe place for men to explore their identity and experience new ways of being a man in today’s world.

The Imago Institute for Relationships (NZ) considers that the Essentially Men programmes are unique opportunities for men and are supportive of the work we do with relationships.
